SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium

When you need a break from the theme-park pace without leaving the fun behind, SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium delivers. Tucked inside ICON Park on International Drive, it puts you face to face with sea turtles, sharks, stingrays, tropical fish, and more across nine interactive discovery zones.

What to explore inside

The 360-degree ocean tunnel is the centrepiece: sharks and rays glide overhead while you walk through. The Jelly Wall showcases neon jellyfish in slow motion, the Indian Ocean zone brings tropical fish and a resident loggerhead turtle into view, and the Coastal Rockpool touch tank lets you get hands-on with sea stars and anemones.

At the Feeding Frenzy zone, guests feed the fish themselves and watch the resulting swirl of colour and fins. Bookable extras include a behind-the-scenes staff tour, a rescued sea turtle meet, and the Undersea Explorer VR experience, which puts you on a simulated dive off the Bahamas for a close encounter with a tiger shark. These are limited to small groups, so book online before your visit.
